1. King Ferdinand I (1887-1948) King of Bulgaria. On October 3rd, 1918, he abdicated and was succeeded by his son, Boris III
2. Vasil Radoslavoff Pro-German war-time (WWI) Prime Minister of Bulgaria.
Fled Bulgaria when Tsar Ferdinand was forced to abdicate the Bulgarian throne in 1918. The Bulgarian Sobranye (Assembly) had passed a bill pardoning those ministers who were condemned to life imprisonment by the government of Alexander Stamboulisky, in 1922.
